What happens if I don't lose weight?
The scale is a good indicator of progress but it doesn't show us the full picture. This is why we use multiple progress indicators such as measurements and progress photos. And it's not a question of if we hit a plateau but when and when we've hit a true plateau, we will simply change one course of action and breakthrough onto the next higher plateau.
What if I'm a very private person and I don't want my pictures shared on the internet?

How do I know this program will work for me?
I've worked with over 500 individuals in the last 5 years so even if I was a complete idiot, I'd still recognize that there are patterns! So on our call, I'll let you know if I can help you based on where you're currently at. 9/10 times, I'm confident I can and in the few cases where I don't believe we can, I'll simply refer you to a resource or someone who might be able to.
Is this one on one personal training?
It is one-on-one.. however, there's a big difference between what we do and what personal trainers or even nutritionists, for that matter, do. The main difference is that with a personal trainer, you may see them 2-3x per week for an hour each. If you think about it logically, that's only 1.7% of your week! However, 90% of your results are going to come down to everything you do outside of the gym such as your lifestyle, habits and nutrition, which personal trainers (and nutritionists) won't be able to guide you with. Me and my team have your back 24/7 where you can send us the menu while traveling and you have a concierge in your pocket at all times to ensure you have support if you need it for the other 165 hours of the week.
What if I don't have any motivation or willpower?
While a lot of our clients are self-starters, we have found that every area of their life is going well except for this one so we meet you where you're at and help you get to where you need to be even if it means we need to push you and hold you accountable on a daily basis.

Let's imagine a scenario where your house is on fire. If there is a paper clip in that house, how willing are you to run inside and grab it on a scale from 1 - 10? The answer is probably 0. We help layer in additional forms of practical and simple stress management tools so that you can take back control of the steering wheel of your life.

Do I need to train at a gym or can I train from home?
